We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Opened or used products
- Allergic reactions or individual sensitivities
- Products that have been altered, damaged, or misused after delivery

Exchanges for Our Errors Only
We will gladly replace or exchange an item only if the mistake was made by LuxxGro. This includes:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order arrived damaged during shipping.
- You received a defective product.
To request an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
Our team will review your request and determine if it qualifies for a replacement or exchange.
Exchange Approval
If your request is approved:
- We will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
- If the original item is no longer available, we may provide a comparable replacement of equal value.
- We will provide return instructions if the original product needs to be returned.
Return Shipping
If the exchange is approved due to an error made by LuxxGro, we will provide instructions regarding return shipping and cover any applicable shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
